Welcome to Desired Couture: House of Beauty ("DCHB"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile hair and makeup services, aesthetics services, and any other services provided by DCHB. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
DCHB offers mobile hair and makeup services, aesthetics services, and other beauty-related services. Detailed descriptions of our services are available on our website and through our customer service representatives.
2. Booking and Appointments
2.1 Appointments: Clients must book appointments in advance via our website, phone, or other approved methods.
2.2 Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment will incur no charges.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee of $50.00 for the principal services and $100 for elite services. All makeup appointments will have a non-refundable deposit as well.
• No-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. Monthly memberships can be utilized for no-show charge.
2.3 Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule appointments up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment will be treated as a cancellation.
3. Pricing and Payments
3.1 Pricing: Prices for services are listed on our website and may vary based on service type, location, and other factors. DCHB reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
3.2 Payments: Payments must be made at the time of service via cash, credit/debit card, or other accepted payment methods. DCHB may require a deposit for certain services.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1 Accurate Information: Clients must provide accurate and complete information when booking appointments and using services.
4.2 Timeliness: Clients should arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or additional fees.
4.3 Health Conditions: Clients must inform DCHB of any health conditions, allergies, lifestyle choices, or sensitivities that may affect the services provided.
5. DCHB Responsibilities
5.1 Professional Services: DCHB will provide services in a professional and skilled manner, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
5.2 Sanitation: DCHB will maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all service procedures.
6. Liability
6.1 No Warranties: DCHB makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the outcomes of services provided. Individual results may vary.
6.2 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, DCHB shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.
7.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms or services provided by DCHB will be resolved through binding arbitration in Las Vegas, Nevada.
